At Casa Alvarez, gluten free does not mean taste free. You will still enjoy the same delicious flavors as your favorite Mexican food offered on our restaurant menu. All gluten free means is that our food is free of ingredients derived from gluten-containing grains, including food additives in the form of flavoring, stabilizing or thickening agents.
